Broken driving air condition not working twice. at this point not solved. creaks and rattles, pass. shreaks, navagation doesnt tell you the street names. is the most disappointing purchase I ever made. Then what do you expect for $102,000.000? Vin # I truely wish I never into the dealer. The worst car I owned!

CL500. One day after taking the drivers side door at top of door popped up after two gave way. The instrument segments did not work correctly, the seat belt not working I waited several months taking the car in. As expected these the service experience was a joke, with a total imbecile of a advisor. Nobody follows up, time tracking down the manager, total waste. will be my LAST Mercedes a lifetime of MB exposure. Very sad this once great is trying to live on that star legacy. If I wanted Motors quality in a car, have saved myself 80k and a GM car. At least my expectations have been low.

Have mid-2000 CL500 — dark with oyster and chestnut gorgeous. Now have just 30K miles. Problem saga: on alternator before I even up the car; driver’s side belt made loud sound, had to disassemble seat to replace roll-up mechanism; rack leaked; ABC unit at one wheel and was replaced; passenger was mounted recessed a bit and leading scraped rear lip of fender door remounted; phantom that a turn signal was out, finally fixed; on COMAND went out —replaced; window shade fell off top had to be replaced; driver’s side lost a clip and wouldn’t all the way up; both rear windows’ and regulators have been window molding around sides replaced due to slight of frameless windows that chronically hit and crimp them, worsening the problem; trunk fatugued to where trunk lid barely stay open twice; CD often mysteriously over when starting car up, instead of picking up where it off last time car was on. Oh, and one honest to problem I couldn’t complain and which should have the ONLY problem in this car with 30,300 miles a parking light recently out!!

I have a new and now have a minor problem. The view mirror seems to a mind of its own. Whenever I the memory button to adjust the to my setting, the mirror shifts to the and down. No matter how many I adjust it to where I want it. in Pompano beach Florida replaced the entire mirror then on the second trip a memory chip. When I up the car, it was the same, except every time I put my key in the ignition, the shifts. Wierd. Going for a third time. So I called 800# and the rep’s attitude was he could care less. I him that I have 2 Benz’s and had 2 for over 25 years getting new every 3 years. He still care less and said problem should be taken up the dealer. They don’t get WHAT AN ATTITUDE! My wife’s car be 3 years old next year and for a new one. I am thinking, not MB.

Oh, and one honest to goodness I couldn’t complain about and should have been the problem in this $95K car 30,300 miles — a light recently burned

Bought a beautiful pre owned CL 600 with Lorinser and just out of time warranty. 5 minutes of aquisition of the car(literally) the power door console to the cost of $4000. Six months the ABC became defective, and the car was at the dealer for 2.5 racking up a $12k bill. a nightmare. Had BMW’s before, and I a new one to regain the smile on my face. I NEVER return to MB again as are technological nightmares. Beauty goes so deep.

I own a 2003 CL55 AMG with 18,458 miles, no damage of any and the electrical system has failed for the same reason 3 times I took delivery in 2006. on the 3rd failure, the system fully ABS, ESP, DIST, all dash lights and exterior transmission stuck in 1st gear and no while I was driving in the rain. is 12/18 and the warranty fully on 12/21, so I made it just the wire. The issue now is — will MB do to support me as a customer if the same failure occurs since they have it 3 times while under in just one year. Sad, sad.

I was told my ABC had a and there was a recall, and they fix no problem. They has since to fix my vehicle 8 times with no to the ABC system. While sitting at a light the system finally A black liquid leaked the under carriage of my car. I had to be home. Upon car review my MB dealership I was told my car is now out of warrenty and i have to pay 1,500.00 for the car to be fixed and that they can’t that it wont happen I will never purchased a MB I would expect more purchasing a certified MB from a top MB
