I’ll need a few more given the holiday to organize but the system is fully functional as is the WVO processor to dewater and filter to use. I bought it from a who performed the conversion himself and did a job overall.

The list of components is as follows:

1) 19 gallon RCI aluminum cell in boot

2) Aluminum heated fuel tank

3) Insulated heater hose T in heater lines to fuel run under car, fuel in same insulated sheath, pump wired to boost pressure PSI through the line to the tank and back

4) Coolant heated water fuel filter

5) 30 plate brazed FPHE near Pump

6) Glow plug in brass fitting to heat prior to entering FPHE than glow-plug heated

7) 240 watt electric boost attached to intake manifold 170F switch to add heat prior to entering IP.

8) 2x Veg Power duty 3 way solenoids for looping the return in VO mode and unlooping it in and purge mode

9) switch panel discreetly under panel above indicating boost, VO tank level, fuel temperature as from final tap just to lift pump. Switch VO mode, diesel mode and with LEDs to indicate of each.

10) Viton and SAE J30R9 inner, HBNR outer) lines and Viton O-rings fuel system, clear for VO circuit input and return to inspect if lines are full or and if system is clean (normal input is full of fuel, return is filter is empty).

The changes I’m planning for system include (in no particular

* replace generic single single throw relays a more industrial grade (Hella, Bosch) such as the encased icecube relays known to go many tens of of operating hours.

* reduce heating with a coolant to reduce thermal cycling scum deposits) and a temperature electrical heating element a low temperature switch — the tank is reaching pretty close to full op temp than loses), I’d to keep the fuel tank at 20-25C and use a heated pickup than a full coil at the bottom of the tank.

* replace coolant heated fuel filter heater to brand integrated coolant heated fuel filter 160F switch

* upgrade to a automatic VO controller with overrides based on fuel temperature and retain manual cycle.

* insulate injector lines Injection Pump

* insulate lines and turbo to reduce hood temperatures (the harnesses on these cars do well with extra they go brittle prematurely as it

I already achieve 160-170F, is quite good, I don’t to add a lot of heat at this point, working out fine. Mostly a cleanup operation and re-add labels to the hoses to keep of things (easy to get lost in
