Coming to your problem, I’ve had same problem for more half an year: loss of but revving up to red, lots of smoke, high consumption. vacuum, injectors and ECU ok, new intake new stepper motor, new turbo, new VAC valve, new MAP sensor, new MAF, new temperature sensor, cat checked and (procedure in WIS), new intercooler. it’s enough. Many to MB, indies etc. Lots of wasted.

I have Blocked the EGR feed pipe a metal ball rammed it to prevent flow eithar a 1k ohm resistor has been fitted to the sensor return which i tends to let pressure build higher and stops the Variable backing off the boost too soon so the car is agile and snappy. A tuning box is fitted which ups the fuel rail pressures. and last but not Dieselman and Alex Crows EGR resistor shunt has been for 2 months now and to be honest i cannot this forum enough for because there is no way i could worked that out myself and it the car was basically scrap given its

I also had the high pressure begin to drip probably of my tuning box stressing it, i dont by how much they actively pressure levels. Anyway I a bag of oem bosch seals and took it and replaced the eroded blue pressure seals and put it back

The car feels about 180-190 hp the little mods i have as above.

I mainly drive a Remapped 174 Vw Trasporter that is at 212 hp and the is the same and quicker in some now. The Girlfriends car is a 118D 143 hp and it would be no where as punchy and lighter.
