Mercedes-Benz G Streetline

A.R.T. Tunes the Mercedes-Benz G-Class Creating the G streetline Edition STERLING

The A.R.T. G streetline is now crowned by the A.R.T. G streetline STERLING, the new A.R.T. concept vehicle. German Tuner, A.R.T. has once again unleashed passion to bring you this sumptuous titan.

The A.R.T. DIESEL POWER Kit for the basic G400 CDI enhances the originally 251 hp to 292 hp by reprogramming the engine control with new 624 Nm. The modified sport exhaust system with its six stainless steel tailpipes each featuring the A.R.T. logo gives a reliable impression of the primeval power of this G-Model.

The body and aerodynamics of the G-Model have been transformed with the A.R.T. G streetline Wide Body kit. Compared with the standard G streetline kit, the flared wheel arches have been widened further. The redesigned front bumper contains the additional lighting system. The modified aero hood with four times four air inlets, shape-optimizing running board trim, fender extensions including LED running board lighting, a rear bumper with integrated LED rear and fog lights, a roof spoiler with additional LED brake light and illuminated entry ledges on all five doors with the A.R.T. logo together contribute to the all-round harmonious design of the A.R.T. G streetline Edition STERLING. The spare wheel has been eliminated for the sake of more harmonious rear appearance.

The lighting system incorporates an A.R.T. bi-xenon PREMIUM HIGH main headlamp system. Furthermore, an additional triple-beam headlamp system is integrated into the bumper, with two additional halogen fog lamps and an additional xenon upper-beam headlamp. The original

A.R.T. tuning GmbH, IGA, 14.10.2010, 09:45:52 Seite 4 von 6direction indicators have been removed. Direction indicator and day-time headlamps are now performed by one LED multifunction lamp system. The LED back-up lamps and LED fog tail lights are integrated in the rear bumper.

The two-tone carbody paintwork features the colors Magno blue-black and Designo Alanit- gray. The two areas are separated horizontally by two pinstripes of varying widths. All chrome and plastic parts on the carbody exterior are matched to the surrounding color design.

The wheels and chassis are stylishly upgraded with a new A.R.T. special chassis and the light alloy 22″ rim monoART1 with 315/30R22 tires. The wheel rims sport the carbody color Designo Alanit-gray.

A generous hand has been applied to the interior of the A.R.T. G streetline STERLING with rich interior fittings in fragrant and sumptuous nappa leather. The classic British Racing Green used in the diamond quilting and Designo Anthracite Gray bewitch all the senses. The side section in the trunk have also been padded and covered in the high-grade leather quilting in Racing Green. The hue of the fine mesh patterning of the graphite-fiber fittings used in abundance in the area around the instrument board, central console, and doors, perfectly matches the Racing Green of the leather.

The ergonomically optimized sports multifunction steering wheel with airbag has been fashioned in Design anthracite gray leather and Racing Green graphite fiber.

A highlight of this model is the rear single seat system developed especially by A.R.T. Seats can be electrically adjusted, heated and are optional also equipped with ventilation. Between the two individual seats is a handcrafted continuous center console with storage compartments, providing room for two glasses with LED floor lighting and the DVD player. A monitor is incorporated into each of the front headrests.

As a Mercedes Benz tuner specializing in SUV models, A.R.T. has established a core competence in the development of complex special customizations for discerning customers. Implementing innovative motorcar customizations is A.R.T.’s daily passion.

All features of this concept vehicle are applicable also for all other Mercedes-Benz G-Model versions.

Wald works their Mercedes tuning magic on the prior W211 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate

18 May 2010 | CDanielson

Going through our inbox this beautiful May morning, the fine gentlemen over at Wald sent us some new photos of the work they’ve done on the Mercedes E-Class – one of the W211 variety, and the second of the W212. The first is the Wald W211 WAGON SPORTS LINE Black Bison, an enhanced version of the prior E-Class Estate clad in what’s grown to become the traditional Wald fare. A new front and rear bumper, new side skirts, new front fenders with integrated air ducts and a DTM Sports Muffler are all present, as are 20″ Wald Germania rims. Topping it all off, the chrome elements have been replaced with those of a carbon fiber variety, while a lessened ride height (i.e. you can barely see the rear tire) add the finishing touches on the now sportier E-Class Wagon. You can see more of the Wald W211 WAGON SPORTS LINE Black Bison in the gallery below, and be sure to stay tuned for part two of today’s Wald tuning coverage.

Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG SUV Receives Updated Design

The Updated Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG, featuring a 375 kW (510 hp) AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine is available July 2010

09 June 2010 | JDavis

From the front, the eye is immediately drawn to the new bonnet with power domes, and the darkened bi-xenon headlamps with active light function. The rear, meanwhile, also contributes appropriately to the new look: the performance SUV now features darkened tail lamps incorporating a clear-lens design and LED technology. The subtle changes to the exterior coordinate perfectly with the high-gloss, chromed front and rear underguard, and afford the ML 63 AMG an even more powerful and distinctive appearance.

Powerful and torque-laden AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine

Still boasting a power output of 375 kW (510 hp) at 6800/rpm as well as 630 Nm of torque, the ML 63 AMG is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds, and achieves a top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited). At the renowned International Engine of the Year Awards in 2009, the AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine took the top places in both the “Best Performance Engine” and “Above 4 litres” categories.

As before, power transfer is taken care of via the AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission with three drive modes. The permanent all-wheel drive is decidedly sporty: the power is split asymmetrically 40:60 between the front and rear wheels to provide optimum agility. The AMG sports suspension, based on the AIRMATIC package with air suspension, adaptive damping system ADS and automatic level control all-round, provides dynamic performance combined with the hallmark Mercedes long-distance comfort. The generously dimensioned AMG high-performance braking system, which features internally ventilated and perforated brake discs all-round, ensures short braking distances and optimum resistance to fading.

The ML 63 AMG comes with 5-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels, which are painted titanium grey with a high-sheen finish and fitted with 295/40 R 20 tyres on the front and rear. As an optional extra, titanium-grey-painted, high-sheen twin-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels fitted with 295/35 R 21 tyres are also available.

High-quality interior with nappa leather upholstery

As usual, the interior of the ML 63 AMG is both functional and high-quality: electrically adjustable AMG sports seats finished in nappa leather upholstery, with Alcantara inserts in the shoulder areas and multicontour function and heating, are complemented by the AMG sports steering wheel with AMG aluminium shift paddles and perforated leather on the specially-shaped grip area. A nappa leather-trimmed dashboard is also available as an optional extra.

The updated ML 63 AMG is available to order with immediate effect and will be delivered to customers from July 2010. It carries a price tag of 105,077 euros (incl. 19% VAT).

Vorsteiner V6E 2010 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG

Vorsteiner launches their V6E aero tuning package for the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG

12 May 2010 | CDanielson

If you’re looking to add a touch of carbon fiber to your 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG, Vorsteiner has announced the availability of the V6E tuning package. Consisting of a carbon fiber front add-0n spoiler, a carbon fiber rear diffuser and carbon fiber deck lid spoiler, the V6E adds nothing in terms of power, but it does make your E63 AMG look a little faster. For an even greater level of customization, you can also add in a set of Vorsteiner’s V-308 Sport Concave three-piece forged wheels with a black finish. It’s not revolutionary, but for anyone wanting to differentiate their E63 AMG from a traditional E63, it’s an option. You can check out more of the Vorsteiner V6E 2010 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG in the video and gallery below.

RENNtech Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series

RENNtech is the latest tuner to enhance the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black Series, and the results break the 800 hp barrier

20 April 2010 | CDanielson

It’s been less than a week since we told you about BRABUS and their work creating the Vanish Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series – a model that noted a power boost of 130 hp over the factory output and as a result, sat pretty at the 800 hp mark. Not to be outdone, RENNtech just sent us details of their tuned version of the SL65 AMG Black Series, which takes the already consummate model and boosts output to… wait for it… 805 horsepower. That’s 5 horsepower more than the BRABUS, allowing those in the RENNtech camp to sit smugly back and gloat in the fact that their tuning package is clearly superior to their competitors. Making the magic happen is RENNtech’s SL65 Black Series Performance Package 1, which includes ECU/TCU tuning, a dual intercooler pump upgrade and sport mufflers. Pricing starts at $16,390, while a RENNtech transmission upgrade and limited slip differential are optional extras to compliment the newfound power at your disposal.

Before I start getting hate mail from BRABUS owners, let me make it clear that I wasn’t being serious above. I’m not recommending RENNtech over BRABUS or vice versa – 800 horsepower or 805 horsepower, both are going to be one hell of a ride, and you really can’t go wrong with anything that’s got 800 plus horses under its hood. To see more of the RENNtech Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series, check out more pics in the gallery.

Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG Tuned by Väth

Vath bumps the Mercedes G55 AMG’s output to 680 hp and with a maximum torque of 840Nm, and the result scares us

06 April 2010 | CDanielson

You may think the Mercedes G55 AMG in and of itself boasts enough power to satisfy the demands of the average power-hungry consumer, and you’d be right. Straight from the factory, the G55 AMG boasts 373 kW/507 hp, a maximum torque of 700 Nm, a zero to 62 mph time of 5.5 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 130 mph. Fast by any standards; but in an SUV, especially the G-Class, very fast. But there’s always those that want more, and for this group, there’s Vath. They’ve opted to tune the model to an even more extreme level, bumping power to 680 hp and torque to 840 Nm. The result is a newly improved top speed of “wow should I really be going this fast in a G-Class?” 165 mph.

So how’d they make the magic happen? Under the hood, changes include a new intake manifold, a complete outlet system, coolers, and a patented Vath fuel cooler. Adding a touch of sportiness to the G55, a new front bonnet, a front spoiler with enlarged air intakes, LED daylight lamps, and sport exhaust system were added, as was a new lowered suspension system and 22″ rims. Inside, carbon and Alacantara accents remind the pilot that this isn’t an oridnary G55 AMG, while a sport braking system with 390mm disks rounds out the list of modifications.

I personally value my life and will stick to the more than sufficient factory Mercedes G55 AMG. But for those of you living life on the edge, photos and the Vath G55 AMG press release follow.

BRABUS Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet Tuning Program

BRABUS introduces a new range of tuning enhancements for the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet lineup

30 March 2010 | JClark

Exclusive, sporty and highly individual: These three attributes best describe the BRABUS custom program for the new E-Class Cabriolet that will be available in time for the car’s market launch. As for all other Mercedes models BRABUS offers an extensive product lineup for the E-Class Cabriolet that leaves nothing to be desired. The lineup features engine tuning, including the BRABUS 6.1 capacity engine with 462 hp (456 bhp) / 340 kW of power, a dynamically styled aerodynamic-enhancement program, custom-tailored wheels with diameters ranging from 17 to 20 inches, corresponding sport suspensions and striking interior options.

The BRABUS engine specialists unleash the true power inherent in the common-rail turbodiesel engines and CGI BlueEFFICIENCY direct-injection gasoline engines with ECO PowerXtra performance kits. The BRABUS ECO Power Extra D4 power kit bumps rated power output of the four-cylinder turbodiesel engine of the E 250 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY model from standard 204 hp (201 bhp) / 150 kW to 235 hp (232 bhp) / 173 kW. Simultaneously peak torque grows to 560 Nm (413 lb-ft). The BRABUS ECO PowerXtra D6 (III) module for the six-cylinder turbodiesel engine of the E 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY model bumps power output to 272 hp (268 bhp) / 200 kW and peak torque to 590 Nm (435 lb-ft). BRABUS ECO PowerXtra CGI tuning increases power output of the E 250 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY gasoline model from standard 204 hp (201 bhp) / 150 kW to 230 hp (227 bhp) / 169 kW at a low 5,500 rpm. Peak torque jumps from 310 Nm to 350 Nm (229 to 258 lb-ft).

In the E 350 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY model with direct-injection gasoline engine BRABUS tuning provides an additional 18 hp (18 bhp) / 13.2 kW. The most powerful BRABUS option for the Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet is the BRABUS 6.1 capacity engine. The V8 engine of the E 500 (US: E550) model is modified extensively. A steel billet crankshaft with longer stroke, larger cylinder bore and correspondingly larger pistons affect a displacement increase from 5.5 to 6.1 liters (336 to 372 cubic inch). The engine conversion further includes four-valve cylinder heads optimized for mixture flow, installation of special camshafts and the BRABUS stainless-steel sport exhaust system with high-performance metal catalysts. Custom-programmed engine electronics ensure the precise interaction of all new components.

Like all BRABUS engines the BRABUS 6.1 capacity engine is lubricated exclusively with ARAL high-performance synthetic motor oil. It produces a rated power output of 462 hp (456 bhp) / 340 kW and a peak torque of 615 Nm (453 lb-ft) at a low 3,100 rpm. Powered by this engine, the E-Class convertible sprints from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph). This level of performance places the tuned E-Class Cabriolet firmly among the world’s fastest four-seater soft-top cars. BRABUS backs all components with the one-of-a-kind BRABUS Tuning Warranty of three years, up to 100,000 kilometers / 62,000 miles (see BRABUS warranty conditions as of November 2006).

Stainless-steel BRABUS sport exhaust systems are available for all E-Class models and offer optimized power yield, a sporty exhaust note and striking looks with four exhaust tips. To lend the new convertible an even more breathtaking appearance the BRABUS designers have developed a sporty yet elegant aerodynamic-enhancement package manufactured from high-quality Pur-R-Rim plastics in OEM quality. The BRABUS front spoiler features integrated LED daytime running lights and lends the Mercedes an even more succinct frontal appearance. But that’s not all: This aerodynamic component also reduces unwanted lift on the front axle at high speed.

The side view receives some added pizzazz with BRABUS front sport fenders with integrated air openings. The BRABUS rear valance with centrally mounted reflector and custom cutouts left and right provides the perfect backdrop for the BRABUS quad sport exhaust. The understated BRABUS rear spoiler is essential for the car’s excellent aerodynamic balance at high speeds.

One-piece or multi-piece BRABUS Monoblock alloy wheels with diameters of 17, 18 or 19 inches round out the exclusive BRABUS look. The largest tire/wheel combination for the E-Class Cabriolet features BRABUS Monoblock VI, E, Q or S wheels in size 8.5Jx19 on the front axle and in size 9.5Jx19 in back. The optimal high-performance tires come from Pirelli and YOKOHAMA in size 235/35 ZR 19 in front and up to size 275/30 ZR 19 on the rear axle. 20-inch BRABUS wheels will be available for the new Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet in the near future.

The BRABUS suspension solutions are calibrated specifically to the use with these sporty low-profile tires. The available options range from sport springs, which lower the ride height of the two-door by some 30 millimeters (1.2 inches), to height-adjustable coil-over suspensions with variable damper rates.

Maximum active safety is also a top priority when it comes to brakes: Various BRABUS high-performance brake systems are available including the top-of-the-line version with six-piston aluminum fixed calipers and 360-mm (14.2 inches) vented and perforated discs on the front axle and four-piston aluminum fixed calipers in the rear.

BRABUS also offers the perfect interior customization experience for the soft-top Mercedes: The interior program includes stainless-steel scuff plates with illuminated BRABUS logo, an ergonomically shaped BRABUS sport steering wheel and genuine carbon-fiber elements in a number of different colors for dashboard, center console and door panels..

BRABUS wood inlays add a special flair of exclusivity. Special production techniques allow these inlays to be manufactured in any color imaginable with polished, matte or open-pore surface finishes. The BRABUS upholstery shop transforms especially soft yet durable BRABUS Mastik leather and Alcantara into gorgeous interiors according to customers’ personal color and design preferences.

BRABUS Unveils Tuning Program for the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

BRABUS announced that just in time for the market launch of the 2010 Mercedes E-Class, they have created a range of enhancements

27 March 2009 | TPhilips

BRABUS has announced today that just in time for the market launch of the 2010 Mercedes E-Class, they have created a range of enhancements aimed at making the model a bit more appealing to those of you who have a flair for the sporty. Outside, highlights include a new front apron with LED running lights, side skirts, aluminum front sport quarter panels, a new rear apron and spoiler, and of course, a range of Monoblock light-alloy wheels ranging in designs and sized from 17 to 20 inches.

To help the 2010 E-Class’ performance match its new outward appearance, BRABUS engineers have also worked their magic on the sedan’s range of engines, with power for the E500 (E550 in the U.S.) being increased to 462 hp (456 bhp) / 340 kW at 6,200 rpm and torque improving to 615 Nm at 3,100 rpm. As a result, the BRABUS-tuned E500 can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 4.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 191 mph. Carlsson C25 Super GT Born from the Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series

Based on the Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series, the Carlsson C25 is a 753 hp monster with a top speed of precisely 218.7 mph

16 March 2010 | CDanielson

With the launch of our new site we’ve been hard at work catching up on the stories we missed during our absence, and one story we felt necessary to add to to our features is a look at the Carlsson C25 Super GT – a model that celebrated its world premier at this year’s Geneva Motor Show. If you missed it, the Carlsson C25 was conceived from the platform of the consummate Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series, the race-inspired SL coupe boasting 493 kW/670 hp and a maximum torque of 1,000 newton metres directly from the factory. Carlsson took the SL65 Black a step further, bumping output to a staggering 554kW/753 hp and 1,320 Nm torque (electronically limited to 1,150Nm). The end result is a model capable of accelerating from 0-62 mph in a mere 3.7 seconds before hitting a top speed of precisely 218.7 mph.

But the Carlsson C25 is more than just a tuned SL65 AMG Black Series, it’s design makes it a model unto its own. Outside, both the front rear have been heavily re-worked, with a Carlsson’s trademark trapezoidal shapes featured throughout. The headlights and taillights have both been significantly altered; there’s a new elongated front with a revised hood, front apron and grille; the rear of the vehicle boasts a far more angular shape with a radically altered exhaust design; and the contours over the rear wheel arches now flow to the back of the vehicle, as opposed to following the wheel downward (these are just some of the design changes). Inside, stronger traces of the Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series remain, although Carlsson has clad the interior in a new plum color comprised of buffalo leather and ultra-suede.

Completing the package and ensuring optimum drivability, a Carlsson high performance braking system with with 405 mm large slotted race brake discs up front and 380 mm race brake discs at the rear, the Carlsson C-TRONIC SUSPENSION system and Carlsson ultra-light and forged wheels (40 percent lighter than custom light alloy wheels) all serve to help you adequately manage the abundance of power at your disposal.

If you’re interested in procuring a Carlsson C25, there’s a couple caveats. First, Carlsson will only be delivering one C25 per country in an effort to ensure exclusivity, and secondly, Carlsson’s allotment of only 25 vehicles has already been sold out. If you have your heart set on the C25, however, I have a feeling that if your finances match your desires, you’ll likely see one or two C25’s pop up on the second hand market in the not-too-distant future.

While you’re waiting, feel free to read more about the Carlsson C25 Super GT in the official press release below and view a photo gallery showcasing the C25’s design and official reveal in Geneva.

Topping it all off, Kicherer RS-1 20 inch wheels mated to a high performance braking system, both of which help ensure optimum handling and stopping ability.

BRABUS E V12 Coupe, The World’s Most Powerful Gran Tourismo

At the Geneva Motor Show 2010 the BRABUS E V12 Coupe celebrates its world debut as the world’s fastest Gran Tourismo

04 March 2010 | CDanielson

The sedan is followed by the two-door model: At the Geneva Motor Show 2010 the BRABUS E V12 Coupe celebrates its world debut as the world’s fastest Gran Tourismo.

Based on the new Mercedes E-Class coupes, BRABUS builds a luxurious 2+2-seater in small-series production. It is powered by a BRABUS SV12 R Biturbo 800 twelve-cylinder displacement engine that produces 800 hp (788 bhp) / 588 kW of power and a peak torque of 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft).

BRABUS, accepted by the German Federal Vehicle Registration Agency (Kraftfahrtbundesamt) as an automobile manufacturer, offers this high-performance automobile capable of reaching speeds in excess of 370 km/h (230 mph) starting at 478,000 Euros MSRP.

Like the fourth-generation BRABUS E V12 sedan the new E V12 Coupe is powered by a BRABUS SV12 R Biturbo 800 displacement engine. Drawing upon decades of experience in developing and building high-performance vehicles the twelve-cylinder engine was fitted into the engine bay of the two-door E-Class.

The basis for this engine is the twelve-cylinder twin-turbo engine from the latest Mercedes 600 models. Displacement of the engine is increased from 5.5 to 6.3 liters (336 to 384 cu. in.) with the help of a special crankshaft, larger cylinder bore and correspondingly larger pistons. Both three-valve cylinder heads are optimized for mixture flow, and fitted with sport camshafts.

Underneath the custom-made hood with integrated carbon-fiber RAM airbox is space for a completely newly developed air intake system. This twin-turbo system was designed from the ground up for the new E V12 generation. It includes two custom high-performance headers with integrated turbochargers and four water-to-air intercoolers. The stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with free-flow metal catalysts was also custom-tailored for the confined space under the E-Class Coupe.

In addition, the BRABUS engine specialists have developed a precision engine management system that controls injection, ignition and driving dynamics systems. The result is an optimal combination of impressive power yield and eco-friendly emissions that meet strict EURO IV exhaust limits.

The BRABUS SV12 R Biturbo 800 engine is lubricated with high-tech motor oil from technology partner ARAL. It produces a rated power output of 800 hp (788 bhp) / 588 kW at 5,500 rpm. The even more impressive peak torque of 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft), available already at a low 2,100 rpm, is limited electronically to 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft).

Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a reinforced five-speed automatic transmission and a BRABUS high-performance limited-slip differential. The BRABUS E V12 comes standard with state-of-the-art driving stability programs that can be deactivated at the push of a button.

Performance of the coupe is as exceptional as that of the four-door model: The BRABUS E V12 Coupe sprints from 0 – 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds, to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9.9 seconds, and reaches 300 km/h (186 mph) after a mere 23.9 seconds. For street-legal use the top speed of the Gran Tourismo is limited electronically to 350 km/h (217 mph). Without the limiter the two-door twelve-cylinder car is capable of speeds in excess of 370 km/h (230 mph).

This extreme performance also places highest demands on the vehicle’s aerodynamic properties. The BRABUS designers went into the wind tunnel to develop a body conversion kit made from high-strength yet especially lightweight carbon fiber. The kit combines sporty design and aerodynamic efficiency to perfection.

The BRABUS front was designed to reduce lift on the front axle and to provide all radiators of the V12 with an optimal supply of cooling air. Air outlets in the sides route the air quickly away from the heat exchangers. Another important design feature was to provide the front brakes with cooling air. Integrated LED daytime running lights further increase active safety.

A wider track means better directional stability at high speeds. Because of that BRABUS has developed special carbon-fiber sport fenders with integrated air vents for the front axle. Special carbon-fiber rear fenders add 60 millimeters (2.4 in.) to the width of the coupe on the rear axle. The BRABUS E V12 Coupe runs on especially wide wheels fitted with high-performance tires from Pirelli or YOKOHAMA. The 19-inch combination is perfect for the enormous top speed the car is capable of. The wheels are 9.5 inches and 10 inches wide and customers can choose from BRABUS Monoblock designs VI, E, Q and S. Tires in size 265/30 ZR 19 are mounted on the front axle. Size 285/30 ZR 19 tires on the rear axle provide optimal traction.

Rocker panels with integrated illuminated BRABUS logo and LED entrance lights route the air stream along the sides with minimum turbulence. They also lend the two-door car a longer, sleeker appearance.

The BRABUS rear apron with carbon-fiber diffuser features a centrally mounted reflector and custom-tailored cutouts on either side for the BRABUS quad sport exhaust system. The BRABUS rear spoiler is essential for well-balanced aerodynamics at high speed.

To make the BRABUS E V12 Coupe not only a superior road warrior but upon request also an extremely sporty racer on the track the suspension was completely redesigned. The redesign includes special suspension components on front and rear axle that offer a wider range of individual suspension settings.

These measures are complemented by a BRABUS coil-over suspension that features a multitude of selectable settings for bound and rebound. The shock absorbers on the front and rear axle feature ten selectable settings for bound and rebound. The ride height has an adjustment range of 35 millimeters (1.4 inches). Sport sway bars can further minimize body roll during fast cornering.

The BRABUS high-performance brake system meets the toughest demands, on the road or on the track. The front axle features 12-piston aluminum fixed calipers and vented and grooved steel brake discs measuring 380 x 37 millimeters (15.0 x 1.5 inches).
