Broken tansmission ml 400 cdi twice.Help!

Hi there,

i have a ml 400 cdi .it has 125.000km about 70.000 2003.

i was driving OK ,and the stopped me because engine 1,5 liter of oil.I stopped at a gas the hood and i had forgotten to close the oil cap last time i changed the god i did not lose the cap i said,but all missing hot oil was all engines wirep.put the cup and continued my more.Then i stopped for a coffee off the engine.

After half an hour i again and after 200meters the got stuck in 1st.Turned of the engine,tha box would work from to drive for 5 mins ,and the car drive.after 5 min it got stuck to D.Turn on and off the for 10 times inorder to get to a gas station.there i with air the engines wires in oil,and from that the car stuck to D.i had it towed.

authorised and service.

they fixed it the bill i got was 1500dolars.

chaged ECU of the 6-10 valves from the an oil pump from the transmission.i for sure that they the plastic black closure the transmission.

i got the car ,everything OK.after 200km of road,same problem ,transmission to D.This time i was hearing metal noises from the not feel anything to my leg,only i was to a gas station ,and under the there was a major leaking of my root since the D stuck was full of valvoline dripping.the could harly move.

it to the same MB dealer,and they me that the house of the transmission,the converter and the whole mechanicals are ,with many graphite around it.i though w163 models had the magnet.

no transmission light light up in the at any time.

now ,they ask me 8000 for transmission and transfer case and converter.

others tells me these all melted because of the oil leakadge.

i say the answear is simple.

Are the 10 vlaves,the ECU of the transmission and theoil to blame for the leakadge?

maybe bad aftermaket or bad o ring,maybe wrong in,maybe human mecahnical

i cannot beleive that all melted because of bad quality of MB as suggestes.The car was driving OK

and oil poured the wires of the engine.why the hell did change the valves and the pump?maybe ofr the bill.tought luck though messed my whole car.

i blame them ,or mercedes is a of junk as official dealer so.

car 2003 model ,70.000 way miles,no trailers no off road.

how i react,and what should i to have my w163 back in the old days.

i maybe be wrong for the transfer may has no damage,i remember him telling me it is a closed machinery,but i dont if it is bad.Now that i am becoming a expert ,i could ask for more

forgive me,i paid for a benz,for quality responsibility not from the car company ,but from the authorised service

MB is much of a crap ,and it could happen total damage from the 70.000 milage every day high way ,with every authorised since day 1 ,and not the current after they serviced it.

we 4 MB cars in the familly,should i forget mercedes,or the dealer?
