I bought a brand new R class 7 ago from Mercedes distributor in Since then, am getting a ugly and terrible smell in the Regardless if the vents are on or off, or the A/C is on or or the air circulation. usually I get it as I speed up a bit 100 KM/h or when u break or down.

The car was to MB workshops for 5 times now, and at no time they figure out the problem. This time, they called me that they have another B class and it seemed to a similar problem, noting it might be a factory fault.

At any more than once I contacted MB sales people and workshop people. The fault was sent to Germany, am really of the seriousness that the issue has handled from Gargash and the that I have to call and and visit to check for solutions no one is able to give me.

They told us that the will have a NAVIGATION shortly and that MBZ released the phase of the R350 before the NAV installed since MBZ are looking getting the factory to design it.

I to pass this info to you my car the factory warranty and less 2 years old and I’ve had it for 15 months so every time I pay 799.60 is a on my income to keep up with the needs and hassle with the drop off drop in. I have owned the car for approximately years and it runs great its working the problem is it is hardly I have experianced this stalling numerous times. I brought the vehicle in for service for the problem, and it appears they yet to fix this car. I am now bring vehilce in for the fourth time for the problem. All I want is a problem vehilce. As I was backing out of the garage, the began to idle extremely I am beging to think the safety of my is compramised when entering it. This is my second this month. The first was about a gas leak which my car was in for 3 times in 1 week. I was told time it was nothing-until the tow truck confirmed the intense smell of raw After replacing the gas tank I was by service tech I was lucky I wasn’t in an accident because the car have exploded! This began with a check light and to my suprise something amazing happened. I stuck my in the drivers side window to pet my dog and the switch was activated- I couldn’t get my out fast enough and my arm became while the window didn’t back when sensing it continued to squeeze shut. to say following a doctors appoinment I continue to be in intense pain! All of the windows worked when we it with a roll of paper except drivers window. I this story helps somebody from falling for the trap. Horrible service and car!

We just moved to a new state and the car be inspected because of a faulty break/signal light that is on order indefinitely from Mercedes Benz after call and three hours on the has explained that they cover alternate transportation the car is inoperable due to safety issues and have no idea when the will be in. Dealer says they don’t cover while the parts are back and I am out of luck till the part in which could be months. I am out of my about the whole thing. I when I purchased a MB they going to care a little but I see that’s not the case. They in care less. I will again buy a Mercedes Benz being treaded this
