Mercedes Benz VITO 116 CDi XL – – review

Mercedes Benz has been part of our fleet 2004. In 2013 we bought the model with the 116 CDi 2.2 liter engine. I am not going to focus on and technical stuff. I want to a review from the point of the driver and taxi fleet

We have the two same vans match the specification from the of the article. The other two vans in HFS Transfers fleet are 115 CDi 2.2 liters and from the less horsepower and a few features (e.g. leather 2 zone A/C) the vans are the same. I believe that driven the Mercedes Benz for than 400 000 Km’s gives me to make conclusions and write short review.

The most part about having the Benz in the fleet is the selling The brand is famous and known for comfortable and reliable. From experience I agree. Potential are interested in what model / of a van they will be driven. want quality for the money and Benz grants all what want.

Cost efficiency

Having that the vans are equipped diesel engines, we have to a look at the mileage. In average the Benz VITO takes 8 liters of diesel per 100 km’s. The we have ever done is liters per 100 km’s. Of course to such a great value, you not exceed top speed 110 km/h and you to be driving alone without Nonetheless the 8 liters is great for such a heavy and spacious

Space for passengers, and baggage

The XL 9 seats version is the longest on the market. It can easily hold up to 10 size suitcases and 10 smaller (carry ons). The van is super for 5 people, but can drive up to 8 plus the I personally do not like the middle seat as it is really not comfortable for distance driving.

The Mercedes VITO is cost-efficient, comfortable, and demanded vehicle. I really it for passenger transportation for both and long distance driving.
