Brazilian forward David Neres has become the new signing of Napoli coach Antonio Conte after being officially unveil and sign.
Napoli’s website has officially confirmed the signing of Brazilian winger Neres from Benfica on a permanent basis. With no details on the length of the contract or the fee disclosed.
According to several Italian media reports. Neres’ transfer fee is set at €28 million, including add-ons, with the 27-year-old earning €3 million a year.
Neres’s becomes Conte’s fourth summer signing following Alessandro Buongiorno, Rafa Marin and Leonardo Spinazzola, and is the first attacker to arrive.
Napoli director Giovanni Manna is now back in England to finalise talks over Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku, Brighton & Hove Albion’s Billy Gilmour and potentially Manchester United’s Scott McTominay.

The 27-year-old Brazil international, capped eight times. Started his career at Brazil’s Sao Paulo before spells at Ajax Amsterdam and Shakhtar Donetsk.
Neres moved to Benfica in 2022. Winning the Promotion Ufabet Portuguese Primeira Liga in his first season and scoring 17 goals in 83 appearances for the club.
