Why You Should Burn Fat

Burning fat may help reduce excess body fat caused by eating too much carbohydrates and fat because after the body digests food, it is converted to glucose, which is the main source of energy. If there is excess glucose, the body will change sugar to glycogen , stored in the muscles and liver, resulting in excess weight. Therefore, burning fat helps burn fat, control weight , and reduce the risk of serious complications as follows:

  • Osteoarthritis: Accumulation of body fat can lead to weight gain and cause the knee joints to have to support too much weight, increasing the risk of arthritis, osteoarthritis, and pain when moving.
  • Cardiovascular disease is caused by excessive accumulation of fat in the blood vessels, which can cause the coronary arteries to narrow, preventing blood from flowing to the heart, leading to cardiovascular disease.
  • Type 2 Diabetes: Fat stored in the body can prevent the body from using insulin effectively to manage blood sugar, leading to high blood sugar levels and the risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • Cancer: Fat that accumulates in the body can lead to insulin resistance and high insulin levels, which stimulate abnormal growth of body cells, increasing the risk of certain cancers, such as esophageal, colon, liver, cervical and ovarian cancers.
